The Volunteer Management Report
 Overwhelmed by the whole grant process? Don't worry. There's a new software program designed to relieve the stress of applying for and managing grants.
GrantWave Professional, developed by Mindcoast, LLC (Bend, OR), not only simplifies the grant-writing process, but also helps track grants, manage programs and keep tabs on grantor, board, staff and volunteer relationships. "One of the most damaging things I witnessed while working in the nonprofit sector was the missing of grant reporting deadline," says Mindcoast Director Melissa Carter. "This wasn't due to incompetence or a lack of care, but rather development staff turnover and the lack of a comprehensive grants system. With GrantWave, we want to give nonprofits the same sense of continuity, control, and a sense of overall grants funding that is currently available with donor management systems."
